Do you ever just break down and cry

Do you ever just feel like you'll never get pregnant. I literally broke down crying today. Been trying a year (I know some of you have been trying alot longer) and nothing. No one else in my family or even my friends has a hard time getting pregnant. I feel like I'm not normal. I suffer from pcos and I feel like it'll never happen for me

Yes!!! I can't help but feel like such a failure and be so pessimistic it's not going to happen after 6 years TTC. It's a rough journey. Huge hugs to you and tons of baby dust!

I cry all the time! I have pcos too and it depresses me whenever i get a negative. it's heartbreaking but I know in God's timing I will be a great mommy.

I'm 100% with you I've been crying all night... Been ttc for 20 months this feeling comes and goes for me. some months are better than other but, let's keep moving forward. our longing for a family will only make us love them more when they get here! Baby dust and prayers!

Yes!!! I totally do and more often than I wish!! Mainly in the shower or at church. Not sure why those trigger my tears! Hold on and breathe! Accept your tears and your pain as valid and be kind to yourself! There is a plan and we have to focus on the today and now and all the blessings that brings..... Yes, I used to get days where I would just cry and feel like It was never gonna happen. My husband kept telling me to just be patient and it will. I'm now 22 weeks pregnant after 2 years ttc! Try and keep positive and keep trying! (I know it's horrible hearing that!) x

Okay, I have been trying for 5 years and let me tell you - even after 3 months of hope and maybes you can feel like you want to just hide from the world.

This is NORMAL in a sense and something that you will need to learn to combat against... No joke.  From about year 2-3 I did not want to go out in public or even spend time with my two Gideon's because I couldn't bear it.  Even now, I set up a tricycle for my nephews 1st birthday and it is sitting in my living room until the day and it just reminds me... We could have had a child old enough if only.

I have found that I have to fight those if only a and what ifs and move along with my life.  We are still trying, but we are attempting to take the pressure and stress out of the equation.  Mini vacations (or staycations), pamper days, etc.  find what works for you.  I find a day out in the sun enjoying nature and a hike does it for me.

27 months of failure and disappointment here...  I can totally relate to what you are feeling. I don't have much time left, since I am now 39. I am trying to find acceptance that my life will probably never be what I wanted it to be. It's a devistating blow.
