I've been with my partner for three years. We are getting married next year and have been TTC for 14 months. He was abused as a child but nobody knows about it. I found out last night he has been using an app, Snapchat, for the whole of our relationship. He told me he had deleted it. I saw on the app 30+ girls that he's been sexting throughout our relationship. There's dirty pics and detailed messages. Lots of arrangements to meet up. He swears he never actually met any of them. I feel out whole relationship has been a lie. He said he needs help, he thinks he has an addiction. He thinks is brain is wired weird about sex due to the abuse. He was so desperate when confronted. I've never seen him like that. He does need help. I've asked him to get help before because he drinks too much and gets dark moods. I don't know what to do.
