Breast Lumps at 17?

So I’m 17 years old, and my breasts constantly hurt to touch. I can put a little bit of pressure and then it hurts. I noticed that there were quite a few ‘lumps’ in each breast, but I feel like it’s really uncommon to have more than one, so I wasn’t sure if this was something normal that happens during development? Obviously I was scared of the big things like breast cancer and such at first, but I know that that’s extremely rare in anyone my age.
