Preterm labor ?

Can someone help me out and tell me what it feels like ? Im alittle scared im slowly going into lanor im 33 weeks , im having cramps and horrible back pain some other symptoms as well .

Feeling the same way.. I don't know how to tell if its premature labor or not!  I've had a pretty easy pregnancy but have been in the hospital 3 times now (July 21st, 30th, 31st). Currently 34weeks1day with terrible back pain, contractions, and started feeling sharp pressure right above my vagina yesterday and today. 😭

Back pain is the dead giveaway. Lower back pain that wraps around to the front. Braxton hicks contractions can be viscous. But if u are trying all diff positions and that back pain is still unbearable regardless if u feel a contraction or not, I'd go to hospital.

I had this at 34 weeks, cramps and back pain, went to the hospital and got a shot to stop it

I keep having Braxton hicks contractions but they are at the point where I get to the point where I'm in tears. But I was also told by my doctor that when I was 28 weeks I was dilated at 1 cm. What could it be.
