Mild food allergy???

So on Wednesday. My daughter was given green beans. She threw up twice an developed a rash on only one side of her face. I had given her green beans before a month prior and she also threw up then. I took her to CHKD and she couldn’t confirm anything but we do have an appointment with the allergist tomorrow. I just don’t wanna feel stupid because green beans sounds like a pretty stupid allergy. The first picture is the morning of and the 2 following is how she came home. Has anyone experienced something similar?
