Can semen cause vaginal odor?

I never noticed it before or maybe my vagina is extra sensitive now that I’m pregnant, (a little over six months) but almost every time me and my sons father have sex and he cums inside of me, I notice my vagina has a smell to it.

I had my first ever yeast infection last month which has cleared up according to my doctor, but why do I still have the smell after sex? Even when I shower I still smell it after a while. I feel disgusting. I’ve used the medication I had left over from the yeast infection and it stopped the smell for a while, but we recently had sex this week and now the smell is back. I have no STD’s/STI’s. So maybe his semen is just throwing off my PH balance? That’s what I’m thinking it is. I’m going to talk to my doctor about it at my appointment on Tuesday. But still, I just feel so gross, I’ve never had this issue before. It’s not itchy or inflamed or anything, just my discharge smells really bad.
