When he upsets me, i get quiet, tell him I’m fine and give him short answers. I don’t want to make something small but he never upsets me for something big. Just for example, he’s recently gotten back into PokémonGo and he likes to go around and get Pokémon. I only get to se whim on weekends and this weekend i stayed over. Well he was on his phone constantly and on Saturday on the way home from something with his family, he wanted to stop by all the areas in his town to get items. And i was upset. It was just a stack on stack of the crap game. He knew i was upset but i kept telling him i was fine. But i knew i was going to cry if i said anything else. I cry all the time and i cant tell if it’s me or my birth control. He also did something else and missed his hair cut appointment for the fucking game. I so desperately wanted to express my feelings but i know i wouldn’t be able to. What should i do??
