Pelvic Pain???

Question

I just woke up to roll over and go use the bathroom and I screamed so loud. I felt the WORST pain I’ve ever felt in life and I heard this loud crack.

Now my boyfriend is awake, the cat and dog are awake and I’ve scared everybody.
I’m assuming this is the pelvic girdle pain I’ve seen some of you talking about and I just want to know:
HOW SIS?!?! HOW DO Y’ALL DO IT?! HELP ME!!

I make a lot of weird noises to get through my day 😂 the comedy helps me a little. My coworkers think I'm bonkers, but whatever, gotta pay those bills.

I have this every night it’s been going on for 2 months now and I’m now 33 weeks. It hurts so bad I don’t want to get out of bed or move😭😭😭

Girl I’ve been having that pain for at least 2 months now and I’m 35 weeks, but mind yu my babyy is already weighing approximately 6lbs according to doctors, which could explain the heaviness on my groin area... but I neverrrrrrr get use to us 😪. My boyfriend calls me a turtle because when I am trying to roll over off the bed  to use the bathroom I move so slow and awkward so that I don’t scream lmaooo. But hopefully yu feel better, try a couple of stretches or lunges if yu can.
