Giving up TTC

Been trying for 6 years now giving up hope 😭. We have Both been tested and there is no apparent reason for us not to conceive. Has anyone ever had this before? The only problem we do have is my husband has a tight foreskin so his having he operation next month, but he has had this since birth but don’t believe this could cause infertility?

Any advice or tips for someone giving up? Feel like we have tried everything.
