So much trouble sleeping..help!
I’m 33 weeks and I’m having so much trouble sleeping (yes, I know it will get worse so I don’t need to hear that lol).
I’m sleeping on my sides alternating left and right. But I have so much hip and back pain idk what to do. I used to love sleeping on my back and stomach before pregnant.
Any suggestions? I have that U-shaped pregnancy pillow but it’s not really helping me :(
