Husband constantly make suicidal comments

I have posted before about my marriage situation (my husband drinks, a Lot, verbally abusive and internet cheating and of course paysme no attention) we have to kids. So anyways, I followed through and left the house and rented an apartment with the kids. Now he wants to work things out. I would like to but I want us to seek counseling but he refuses. He told me he is very depressed and feels like he is a failure and think he should just kill himself. He constantly make that suicide threat. I don't know if I should report him because it makes me really nervous and scared. I think if he stop drinking that will help with his depression. Last week we hung out and I went through his phone and he was talking to girls on tinder. I think I'm all over the place with my thoughts but I hope you guys get the picture. My question should i move back, what do I do with his suicidal comments ?
