Question about ovulation test

I had mirena in for about 6 years with no periods. I had it removed in January. I have been taking metformin to get my cycle to restart. I have been using clear blue digital fertility tests. I have been testing high fertility for four days since it said I had my peak “ovulation “ day. Is this normal? Am I still in a pregnancy window? I’m so confused
