AF started today 😩. I’m trying to get myself all prepped for this upcoming cycle. I already ordered clearblue digital OPK’s. Last cycle I did preseed (I’m out of the tubes though if anyone has any suggestions on how to apply now). Any other tips and advice?! Thank you in advance.
