TODDLER TMI QUESTION

My 2 year old poops about 3-4x a day. lately in the past day or so ive seen like a sticky substance on his SOLID stools. just today when i changed his diaper there was mucous green discharge. again his stools are solid. no diet change, hasnt shown signs of being sick. hes had 2 nosebleeds in the last 3 weeks, idk of that relevant or not. but other than that, pretty normal child. i will add that when i do wipe, it seems a little irritated back there. i will add pics of discharge without the stools. any thoughts? already made an appt for later on today.
