How long did you wait after MC to try again? Any success right away?

Just looking for happy stories. I had my D&C at 12 weeks on Thursday of last week. I am giving myself time to grieve and be sad, but also would love to be pregnant as soon as we can and start working towards our rainbow baby. Not rushing things, just looking for anyone who has a success story of getting P after shortly after MC.

So sorry about your loss. I had to wait for my numbers to get to negative. I was cleared to try again on Valentines Day this year and I was pregnant a week later. I’m almost 34 weeks with a healthy baby girl. It depends on how regular your cycle is after. I went back to normal after my oldest was born, got pregnant when she was 4 months old, lost that baby at 10 weeks, was cleared 4 months later, tried right away because my cycle returned to normal right away and I got pregnant right away. I miscarried on July 6th at almost 9 weeks. My hcg levels took until August to zero and I had my first cycle. I got pregnant immediately after 1 cycle and now I’m 5 weeks along. I’m praying this pregnancy is successful. 🙏🏻

I am so sorry for your loss. Ive had 2 losses at or around 12 weeks. The first time, I started to naturally miscarry but needed a D&C. We were crushed. That was March 2017. We didnt try right away. My husband was out of the country for 3 months. He returned September 2017.. One night he decided he wanted to try..and I was pregnant by Thanksgiving 2017. We didnt think I would end up pregnant again so quickly. Unfortunately, that pregnancy came to an end January 2018. My husband wanted to wait a YEAR! Luckily, in August he decided he wants to try.. So here we are..ttc.. Nothing yet but I am hopeful. It is a long and difficult road but I have faith and hope. I pray to God for patience and strength because I know our blessing is coming.. I just need to be patient and keep working on it. That is all we can really do at this point.

So sorry for your loss, i miscarried 3rd of october last year. I only had one period in november then found out i was pregnant 1st week of december and now have our beautiful baby boy Archie 😊 xxxxx

So sorry for your loss!! Its not easy. With ours the dr suggested waiting 6 weeks after to start trying again... well oops it was only 4 weeks after when we had sex and woke up the next day to my app telling me I was ovulating...I called the dr freaking out thinking this would just be a repeat and told her I didnt realize I was already ovulating and she just said that it was okay and if I got pregnant it meant my body was ready to try again...and it was!! We now have our rainbow baby!!! Best of luck!! Give yourself some time to grieve and when its time it will happen! <3

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I never thought I would miscarry either, but the doctor said 1 in every 4 women miscarry.  She was very encouraging and said "Let one cycle happen and you can start your ttc journey again". We miscarried in January and we found out in May we were pregnant again. *baby dust to you *🧚‍♀️

I had my miscarriage in August at 8 weeks. We had only been trying 2 months. I waited 1 cycle and started trying again (fertility window just ended). My periods have always been super regular and it came back quickly. Hoping to get a positive in a few weeks...but the waiting is going to kill me! Good luck and baby dust to you!

I had a miscarriage this past January,  went to the ER for mild cramping and some light brown spotting. Once there I found out the doctor's couldn't find a heartbeat, I was devastated!! They decided to schedule me to go in for an ultrasound and check up to check for a heartbeat once again since I was supposed to be 9weeks pregnant at the time.  Having to wait those days to go back to the hospital killed me with anxiety. Went back 4 days later and unfortunately no heartbeat 😔 according to my LMP I was supposed to be 10w but the fetus stopped growing at 5w 😔 I was destroyed,  the doctor explained the next steps and I chose to have a D&C but the hospital didn't take my insurance so instead I got prescribed with some pills to insert vaginally (I forgot the name). It was painful and the whole process was so heartbreaking, I was literally crying for hours. The pain was so bad and the blood flow was so heavy I ended up back in the ER,  they gave me some pain meds and a little after that I went to use the bathroom and saw the fetus come out 😔.  I missed my period on February but on March it came back to my regular cycle, I had sex 1 day before my period came down, we weren't even trying for baby and I happened to get pregnant right away! I was soo surprised, now I'm 29weeks with a healthy baby boy and I'm due December 12, I cannot wait to meet my rainbow baby and I couldn't be any happier!! Don't lose hope ladies!!

We decided to wait 4 months and I got pregnant right away. But I had another miscarriage. So we decided we’re not trying for a year. Now we have 9 months left of that year
