Extreme cramp as if my af is coming

I'm 7DPO and omg the cramp pain in my abdomen i'm recieving right now is unbearable I can't stand and when I do I have to bend over and sloutch while walking with my hand on my belly. Period is due a week today. What is this it's like my period is due???
