Has anyone had more than one missed miscarriage in a row?

I had one in June...we thought we were 10 weeks and found out at the first ultrasound the baby stopped growing between 5-6 weeks. I’m now pregnant again and I’m just paranoid. I haven’t had any cramping or bleeding, but I didn’t have any signs anything was wrong the first time 🤦🏼‍♀️

I started getting suuuuuper sick and throwing up all the time around 5w3d when my MMC happened and I haven’t really had any nausea this time. I’m hoping that’s a good sign, but now I’m worried about the lack of nausea. I can’t win with the worrying.
