I look just like that and I'm 5 weeks , I'm just extremely bloated and constipation on top of it makes it look like ur further along ,, my doctor told me drink a lot of water and it can help with the bloating and bring u back down to ur size

Looks like a lot of bloat. I have it too it sucks you feel and look 5 month pregnant it sucks.
