Tylenol not helping headache

Any suggestions? I’ve had a headache since Saturday. Tried Tylenol a few times but it only helps for about an hour or two. I just called my OB and I’m waiting for a call back.

I’ve tried an ice pack, caffeine, sleep, and drinking a ton of water. No luck.

I used to have chronic migraines during my teenage years and into my 20’s that went away once I had my daughter. I haven’t had a migraine since so I’m not even sure if it’s just a headache or an actual migraine.
