Dropping hcg, told of a miscarriage, but still no bleeding?

Question

I found out I was pregnant on Sept 18th. I went to the Dr on September 20th for blood draws. My initial hcg was 72. I had a redraw the 25th and hcg was 66. Then redraw again on the 27th and it was 46. I also had a transvaginal ultrasound on the 27th that just showed a gestational sac, it was done to rule out ectopic, since I have a history of ruptured ectopic. Have to go and have labs redraw on Friday. I guess my question is does anyone have any experience of when I should expect bleeding? My Hcg is still high enough to show on a pregnancy test.

Well guess it's finally over 😢. My levels have dropped to 34 and the bleeding has started tonight.

Now my Hcg levels have come back at 178. The nurse said they have no clue what is going on. More repeats on Sunday.

Ive had 3 miscarriages. With my 3rd one it took 3 days after the negative test to start bleeding.

Mine is a long story but bare with me. 
Had a “normal period” sept 6th. Started on the exact day, lasted normal amount of days, was just as heavy as always. Completely normal until cd 7 rolled around and I started using OPKs to find ovulation day/confirm ovulation day. I normally don’t ovulate till cd17 but for some reason this test came up positive. Like how? I’m only 7 days out from a period. 
I remembered that a positive OPK can mean pregnancy. So I took one of the hundreds of HPT and sure enough positive. Took another... positive. Ok kind of lost it. Peed on like 12-13 tests. All positive. Called my OB. Went in the next day for blood work and ultrasound to see what was happening. 
Ultrasound showed nothing in uterus. So we did blood work. Was told he would call me in 2 hours with results. Around nap time (I have a 3yr,2yr, and 6 month old) my OB called. HcG was normal 150 but progesterone was very low (2). He said he doesn’t think it was a good ovulation and that a progesterone that low shows an  unhealthy pregnancy but we will do repeat labs in 48 hours to to confirm dropping HCG. 
48 hours later OB called and HCG tripled 452. Good right? But progesterone was still very low so started vaginal progesterone support. With follow up appointment in a week to check placement of baby. 
Week later, I have had no bleeding, no pain, no real reason to think anything bad about the pregnant except my HPT were getting slightly lighter. I went in knowing it was probably a miscarriage but didn’t understand why I wasn’t bleeding. Ultrasound showed nothing. We should have been able to see at least a gestational sac some where but nope. Did repeat labs. Those came back at 138. He told me not ectopic and that it was in deed a miscarriage and he wanted to see me in a week time to check on these huge cycst and to check that HCG had dropped back to zero. 
Week later. Ultrasound finally showed a gestational sac, 3 massive cysts... OB freaked. He says I released 3 eggs last time I ovulated and that I was hyperovulation (we already knew I release two eggs due to back to back twin pregnancies and family history) but he couldn’t believe I released three and I was breastfeeding. 
Repeat labs showed HCG was a 19. Here we are almost a month after finding out I was pregnant (sept 11) and I started to finally bleed. 4 days prior to what would have been my next period and same time my HCG finally got back to zero. 
I go back in to see my OB in a couple hours so this should be interesting.

I had a missed miscarriage & they told me it could take up to 8 weeks for my body to completely pass baby on its own. I opted for the D&C. I still had morning sickness & every pregnancy symptom in the book the morning of my surgery. Never even had a hint of bleeding either. It stinks.

Unfortunately with my baby passed 7/29 I didn’t bleed...ever weeks later I opted for a d&e after multiple Ultrasounds showing no heartbeat. I also even after surgery had positive pregnancy test for six weeks. (Hence the term misses miscarriage)
It’s a horrible, heartbreaking thing to have to go through and I’m SO sorry you’re dealing with it. Hugs.
