After having a baby when did your periods go back to normal????

So I had a baby in March and I bleed for the first 4 weeks then the month after that I bleed for like 3 days then after a whole month straight then normal now I’m late and having brown blood then a little red blood for one day and now nothing.. is this normal or no???

I started getting regular periods again after I weaned my son at 13 months. My periods have been a lot heavier and more PMS symptoms since I've had him. I'm pregnant with my third right now so I guess I'll just have to see how it goes after this one.

My cycle returned after a year, and then took almost 7-8 months to return to normal.

Oops, I voted for “around 3 months” because I thought it was asking when they came back not when they returned to normal. Mine still aren’t normal and my daughter is almost 9 months.
