I’ll try to keep this short! I work in the medical field and worked night shift for a long time. I would take a Benadryl or a Tylenol PM to help sleep during the day. When I went back to dayshift I still relied on taking a sleep aid to stay asleep through the night! I’ve researched quite a bit on the topic and now want to hear from you! Is it ok to take a Tylenol PM or Benadryl while TTC?! I stopped taking it to see if I could but I’m “withdrawing” and not sleeping at all!! TIA!!!
