Healthy snack ideas?

Hello! So I’m really sick of being fat. I’m uncomfortable, self conscious, and most importantly unhealthy at my weight. I recently reached 190lbs and it’s a huge wake up call. I’m only 5’3! My goal weight is around 135-145- I’d be happy with anything in between!

Anyway, I struggle with cravings. I love chocolate and sweets but I want to overcome this so badly.

What are some simple, yummy, and healthy snack/meal ideas? I’d love to hear any tips for weigh-loss that worked for you too or beginner workout routines!

Also, are there any foods that can curb chocolate cravings?
