Trouble with eating

So recently I've dealt with a lot of stress and I have suffered anxiety for quite a few years now. Its gotten so much better except recently I got broken up with by my boyfriend of almost 3 years(says he needs a break) and I've dealt with stress from school and sports. My appetite is almost completely gone, every time I look or smell food I want to throw up. Even when my stomach growls and I feel the smallest bit of hunger its not long before I feel like I've eaten too much. Every time I go in for my stomach with nausea the doctors just think I'm pregnant since I'm a teen girl with a boyfriend. Not really sure if I should just take it day by day or get some tips on getting my appetite back quicker. My practice for sports starts again tomorrow and I feel like I won't have enough energy 🤢🙁
