I was on birth control for a few years and it was fine but after a while I realized it was becoming tough to lose weight and my moods were all over the place. After a TON of research I started the trendy essential oil journey and didn't realize that it'd be a whole new lifestyle change. Young living has an oil blend called 'progessence plus' and it helps balance hormones! About 2 months ago I stopped taking birth control and started applying this oil along with clary sage oil and my last 2 periods have been a DREAM. I never thought I'd say that 😉 minimal cramps, no headaches, and I've been able to lose a little weight as well! My boyfriend and I are not looking to get pregnant so we use other birth control methods and it's been going well!
