My boyfriend and I have been going out since March and I celebrated my 20th birthday on the 27th. He saw this beautiful topaz ring and immediately knew it matched not only my sapphire ring I got for my 16th birthday but also my most prized piece of jewelry, my sapphire and topaz necklace I got from my grandmother before she passed (her birthstone being topaz and mine sapphire).
