HOT FEET? Is anyone getting those? What do I do?

The soles of my feet literally feel like they are on fire. So hot and burning up. The rest of my body is completely fine. What do I do? It’s so uncomfortable 😣

My feet have been burning up lately. It’s always at night time when I’m lying relaxing. This is quite different for me as I usually have freezing feet! Not really much help, just wanted to let you know I’m in the same boat 😊

My feet are always hot before bed since start of pregnancy. When it was really unbearable in the summer, I kept a small tub of cold water by the bed for me to dip my feet into periodically throughout the night to help me sleep. Sometimes I'd put my feet up against the wall for 15-20min to let the blood flow reverse back into my body, and then go back to normal sleeping position. Between those two trucks and sleeping w my feet outside of the covers, I was able to get by. Hope this helps!
