Intense pain or contractions

It seems that every time I lay on my right side I slowly start to get this pain that progresses into EXTREME pain that builds and peaks just like contractions but as soon as I roll over or walk around they go away... has anyone had this? Do I need to be concerned ?

FTM and I’m 38+4
