Nausea 😩😭

Now I’m 6 weeks with my rainbow baby but nausea has just hit me this week! I’m doing little to no medicine this pregnancy ( unless absolutely needed for something) so my ? Is, does anyone recommend anything? My husband just got me nausea bands and preggie pops for now.
