Could anybody try to make sense of my chart please? I started TTC back in February this year and I was previously on contraception. Since then my periods have been a bit all over the place!

I used OPKS which showed 2 days of ovulation and I also had a temperature spike. I am now 16 DPO and I have just done a pregnancy test with a BFN 😞

I feel nervous every time I got to the bathroom in case AF turns up!

I have also seen that my temperature for my luteal phase may be too low to conceive anyway!

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!
