Ugh I hate this... Need Opinions

So this is my test this morning first pic is about 8 min mark, second test 10 min, third is about 13 mins. I know you aren’t supposed to read after 10 mins but I saw the line before and it got darker after. If the test isn’t dry is it considered and evap? I will retest later with FR...
