Ladies help !!! Can I be close to a bfp ?

I’m 7dpo I ovulated Cd10 i know that because I spotted and that’s unusual for me & aswell I was using mucinex to thin my cm during my fertile window but I I’ve been off it for about 3/4 days now and I’m still watery , usually I’m creamy thick whole cycle that’s why I used the mucinex in the first place I did dry up 5dpo but it only lasted me a few hours and since 6/7dpo I’ve been watery also for the past two days I’ve been experiencing light dizziness on and off ... Could this be a good sign or the mucinex might just be still making its way through my body ? Anyone else experience this after ovulation before BFP
