Last night was horrible between random contractions, heartburn, and hot flashes. Now today I am miserable. I haven't had many more contractions but the hot flashes are murder. I can't cool off for anything. I have a fan blowing on me at my desk, ice water that has already been refilled three times, and my feet propped up to try and get comfortable. My blood pressure is fine but I can't shake this heat.

Anyone else get these symptoms with twins? I never had this issue with my singletons.
