At what weeks are dr appts scheduled for?

I just got my BFP this morning! Never been pregnant before so just trying to figure it all out. I called my dr office and left a message. What are the normal appointments they will want to schedule? When does the first one happen? Thank you ladies ❤️

8-10 weeks for the conformation and 10-12 for the actual baby apt

I just had mine scheduled for 10 weeks. Seems like a long time to wait but this is my first so not sure what’s considered “normal”

I’m going next week to a pof appointment before my 6-8 week check up . Proof of pregnancy they will blood test you and check if it’s not any thing wrong

This is also my first. I got my BFP on Friday, got it confirmed by a dr yesterday and then scheduled my first appt as well. My first appt will not be until October 30, and I will be close to 8.5 weeks by then.
