I just got on my period and I would like to step away from using pads, I feel more comfortable now using tampons and I’m getting older and sick of the pad use but my flow is heavyyyy for the first couple of days. I’ve used a tampon but blood still leaks so I wear a panty liner just Incase. Question can heavy flowers use tampons? If so what is the best size and brand?

Ps I used a tampon overnight and it soaked it right thru it’s like I might as well have anything in.

Should I use an overnight pad or is their an overnight tampon for heavy flower?
