Pain in lower stomach?

Question

Has anyone had pain in their lower half of the stomach, but no spotting? Mine happens overnight and it keeps me up. Last night it was from 3am to about 7ish. I called to my doctor and she wasn’t in, so a nurse took a message and said my team would get back to me but I haven’t heard anything. So I’ll just ask on here instead for now. 
I’m 6 weeks and 4 days.

I was have pretty bad cramps and lower abdominal pain as you speak of and my doctor said it was fine as long as there is no blood. She said it’s just where the baby and it’s “home” is growing. I’m almost 9 weeks and i still have it from time to time.
