After birth questions... 🤔

Hi girlies,

I recently gave birth to my little boy who was an absolute bruiser. He weighed 9lb 1/20z, and this is massive for me as I barely had a bump and a very small build. This caused me to have a 3c degree tear, I’m on the road to recovery but how long did it take you ladies to recover from this?? I also am suffering with extreme cold sweats to the point my parter thinks I’ve wet the bed ect when it’s cold sweat (I’m freezing) does anyone know what could be causing this??
