How to go about unblocking tubes

I currently moved to Austin 2weeks ago,I'm trying to find a doctor that will help me on this journey, I'm 2months away from my 29th bday,I've had two miscarraiges,2 beautiful natural birth, daughters,now due to having PID last april2017,I can't get pregnant. If anyone is in Austin Texas that can help please do,my boyfriend and I want to conceive
