Possibly pregnant

So my period is late by 5 days n on the second late day it felt like I was on my period but there was nothing, I’ve only had light brown spotting n now just darker brown, still have cramps, tired, no appetite, headache sometimes, feeling off n dizzy, n just wanna stay in bed all day! I took a test but said negative, I’m thinking it’s too early to test since it’s only three weeks. Anyone felt this n we’re pregnant ?? I feel like I am n believe I do but with brown spotting n cramps??? Please help
