I can't pray any harder...

I have been trying for over 2 years to get pregnant! I have tried different positions, oils, body temps, prenatals and cleansing. I don't know what else to try! I have an appt to go see an OB that I seen with my only child 7 years ago. If someone has any ideas on what I should try, please let me know. My husband and I are almost on our last limb of faith with this!
