How many coffees do you mamas-to-be consume daily?

With so many different recommendations out there, how much coffee do you ladies drink? Have you changed your daily amount? I’ve cut back to one every two days. It’s a little grim currently but hopefully will feel better soon!

Just quit my daily latte two days ago, when I found out I was pregnant. I really thought I’d keep drinking it (it’s only about 65mg of caffeine, one shot of espresso) but I impulsively quit. Yesterday was awful (tired by 4pm, headache all day), but today I had decaf and felt so much better. Gonna try to stay off the real stuff if I can!

i had the same question. i always had one cup every morning with my soy milk vanilla creamer and haven’t had any because my body has not wanted it, but my lack of energy does. lol!! ☕️

I don’t drink it because I don’t like the taste and I never drink caffeine even when I’m not pregnant because it makes me feel so sick!!

I don’t drink coffee, but I used to drink soda a lot, but since finding out I’m preggers I cut out all caffeine just in case (And because I’m a paranoid pregnant lady 😂)

I make myself a travel mug everyday to take to work, I am still doing that but during my last pregnancy when my nausea kicked in coffee turned me off completely so it's wasn't an issue 😉

According to all the books and studies you can have two 8oz. Cups of coffee a day. I still have one cup a day if I feel the need. I work shift work :)

I switched to green tea a few months ago, but quit once I Googled it and realized it wasn't good to drink during pregnancy.
