Anyone taking CoQ10?

Anyone here taking CoQ10 for egg quality? What are your thoughts on it? Has it helped?

I took it for a couple of months before my BFP with my son and again for 2 or 3 months before my BFP with my daughter. I have no idea if it helped or it was all coincidental but I'm taking it again this time just in case it is helping. Bonus: I feel like it gives me a little more energy during the day which is nice with 2 under 2.

I've been taking CoQ10 for about 4 months to help protect egg quality. Along with other vitamins that my fertility doctor told me to take. My husband also takes CoQ10.
