After 2 weeks of taking 1500mg of Maca a day, aunt flow came on Sept. 13th. I took opks every day since then because I didn't want to miss IF I ovulated. Fast forward to today. My test line is darker than the control line. Today is my predicted ovulation day too...even though I'll ovulate either tonight or tomorrow. I haven't ovulated in MONTHS so I KNOW it was the Maca that helped. We've baby danced every single day for the last two weeks except for last night because I wasn't feeling well. Plan on baby dancing the next 3 days to be safe. I know we should every other day but I'm too excited about ovulating that I want to make sure we do it enough. Next month we are trying the SMEP if we don't conceive this month. Fingers crossed. We've been trying 9 months but this is only the second time I've ovulated this year.
