Tiger balm while pregnant
Hi ladies,
I have a strained muscle in my neck and my g.p. Recommended icy hot. l&d recommended tiger balm, so I went with that. I’m reading more on it an I am getting really conflicting information and am a little nervous using it.
I have a patch on my neck, so it’s pretty far from baby, but want others opinions.
