Pregnancy prevention?

Are there any types of pregnancy prevention without the use of birth control? I was once on depo and the pills and needless to say it made me very sick and even messed with my liver enzymes. I’ve tried the natural fertility method along with the withdrawal method and now I’m pregnant with baby number 2 so that didn’t work.  My spouse refuses to wear condoms.
Am I out of options?

IUD, nuva ring. Maybe your husband could get himself sterilized. However, it's his responsibility to prevent as well, not only yours. Tell him he'll have to keep paying for more and more kids if he doesn't want condoms.

Other than something like an IUD? Pretty much. Tell your spouse to suck it up and wear a condom.

Copper iud has no hormones. Other less commonly used methods like a diaphragm or cervical cap aren’t as effective as an iud but still better than nothing. Talk to your doctor.

Idk if this is what you’re looking for but when my blood pressure and heart rate sky rocketed years after being on the pill- my Gyn forced me to choose a contraceptive with No hormones.
