Is something wrong with me?

Hey ladies, so I got an ultrasound done to look at my ovaries. The results say my left ovarie has several small follicles but it doesn't say anything about finding anything on my right ovarie so does that mean only my left ovarie works? And it says I have free fluid in my pelvis. Help! Has anyone expierenced this?

If you aren't on fertility medications it's normal to only have follicles on one ovary as you typically only ovulate on one side or the other each month. (Being on meds causes ovulation possibly on both sides) Free fluid can be normal, due to recent ovulation, or a sign of a ruptured ovarian cyst. You have to take the results in context with your symptoms, time during your cycle, etc. you didn't say why you had it done so not sure beyond that.
