Side effects?

So I've been on the pill for about a year, and I've noticed that I'm just not interested in sex and when I do have sex I barely feel anything. Is that because of the pill or could it be something worse?

Probably just the pill, I started a new brand a year ago and I noticed a definite decrease in my sex drive :(. I've figured out that a week or two before my period is when I usually could careless about sex, and then as soon as my period is over I get the drive back for a few days and then it's gone again.
