I started on Clomid last month and this month was the second round. I went and got checked yesterday and got the best news ever! I ovulated! So now what? Me and my husband have been “trying” naturally for like 3 years with no luck so we decided to go see a doctor to get aid in our fertility. I was told that I am ovulating so does that mean that I am actually ovulating now, or that it will happen soon. Doctor had me do an ultrasound and I had a mature folicle on the right ovary and one immature one. I was also told that my lining was perfect! So the clomid worked! Omg!

I am so hoping that this is finally our month, but am trying so hard not to get disappointed if it doesn’t. Any tips on what can help? What helped you get pregnant?
