PMS/PMDD ruining our marriage

I really don't know what to do with myself. For about 10 days out of every month I am angry at my husband no matter what. I know he loves me but I cannot feel loved during that time. I feel hopeless and just want to cry. We are so happy other times of the month. I know he's losing patience though and I don't blame him. It's not fair for him to have to walk on eggshells. We usually end up in a huge argument over something stupid once a month. What do I do?? I can't go on birth control because we're TTC (assuming I can control this).
