Ok so with my last births I allowed my mom to be in the room but it always seemed as if she took over everything. When I had my epidural she basically kicked my husband out of the room and told him she had it covered with helping me. This time around I am thinking that I don’t want his mom or my mom in the room. With this being our last baby I kinda want this to be more personal since it is also our first girl.

Do you think it is rude of me to tell them to stay away until we call? Or should I at least allow them to be at the birthing center where I am delivering and waiting in the waiting room?
